Teens complete the classroom portion entirely online, working at their own pace through video lessons, interactive modules, and instructor-guided units. Once classroom hours are complete, the school issues the DE-964 certificate of completion — the document Texas DPS requires before a teen can take the licensing tests. This course is built for Texas teens between 14 and 17 years of age.
